The knowledge, experience, and tools we have developed over the years are now serving as an infrastructure that enables local authorities to implement inclusive education at scale - not just in a single school, but across an entire educational system. We guide this transformation at every level: from municipal leadership and school principals to the classroom teacher. We provide practical tools, specialized pedagogy, professional training and support for the teams, strengthening the sense of belonging and building the infrastructure needed for sustainable long-term impact.
In the 2026-2027 academic year, Inclu's municipal model will launch for the first time in partnership with the Jerusalem Education Administration, the Jerusalem Municipality, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Finance. In its first phase, the initiative will encompass approximately 6,500 students across 57 educational institutions in the city, with plans for gradual expansion across the entire municipal education system.
Jerusalem is the first step toward a broader vision: turning inclusive education into the standard operating model for Israel’s entire education system, and creating a society where human diversity is an asset, where everyone has a place, and where we can all bring our full selves.
